ACSI Awards 2024 voting period has started
The digital ballot boxes for the ACSI Awards opened on Friday, 15 September. For the third year in a row, campers get the opportunity to choose their favourite European campsites through ACSI’s websites and apps. The winning campsites will be announced in mid-May 2024.
Ramon van Reine, CEO of ACSI, emphasises the significance of this award. ‘Campsites have embraced this recognition from the first year. The fact that campers themselves choose the winner makes winning an ACSI Award particularly special. It testifies to quality and an excellent holiday experience. This is the really the time for campsites to be in the spotlight.’
Several categories
Seeing as it is not possible to compare all campsites with one another, votes can be cast in several categories. In each category, a winner will be chosen per country. ‘This ensures a varied range of winners and plenty of inspiration for future camping holidays,’ Van Reine explains. Campers can vote in the following categories:
- Nicest campsite for children
- Best campsite swimming pool
- Best campsite for cycling
- Best motorhome pitches
- Most dog-friendly campsite
- Best location for a campsite
- Best campsite restaurant
- Campsite with the best sanitary facilities
- Best campsite for walking
Win prizes by voting
Voting is not only a way to support campsites, but campers also have a chance of winning great prizes. ACSI will be raffling more than 100 prizes among all voters. Prizes include an e-4Motion electric folding bike and a week’s stay in a SunLodge at Camping Birkelt in Luxembourg.
