ACSI rewards innovation in the camping industry

Campsites and camping businesses that excel in developing innovative solutions will have the chance to win an ACSI Innovation Award in 2027. ACSI will present these awards for the second year running, this time across the whole of Europe. In doing so, ACSI aims to give pioneering ideas, sustainable solutions and smart technology in the camping industry greater recognition and reward them for their contribution.

Not just campsites

The camping market has been evolving rapidly for years, with innovation playing an increasingly important role. This prompted camping specialist ACSI, known for its green campsite guides and annual inspections of 10,000 campsites, to introduce this new industry award last year.

While the first edition was open only to campsites and camping businesses in the Benelux and Austria, this year businesses from across Europe are eligible. And the awards are certainly not limited to campsites. Other businesses whose innovations are making an impact on the camping industry also have the chance to win an ACSI Innovation Award.

Submit your own innovation

Campsites and camping businesses can put forward their own innovations. Entries can be submitted until 31 December 2026. An expert jury comprising ACSI specialists will then assess all the entries. The awards will be presented in spring 2027. Award winners will benefit from increased visibility on ACSI websites and apps, as well as additional exposure within the camping industry.
