Curious about where European campers are heading for their holidays in 2025? ACSI has investigated the holiday plans of European campers for 2025. We now present the results to you.
For this research, we asked more than 17,000 European campers about their plans. They were approached via ACSI’s European websites and newsletters. Campers could participate between January 6 and February 19.
Average number of camping holidays in 2025
European campers who usually go camping with (grand)children plan to go on holiday four times on average in 2025. They will spend a total of 32 days on camping holidays. This is a significant decrease compared to 2024. Campers who usually travel with a different composition go camping about five times a year. They do this spread over 67 days.
